India’s largest and successful crypto exchange WazirX has launched South Asia’s first NFT marketplace from 1st June. This marketplace is based on Binance Chain making it better than other NFT platforms. NFT Mint The fees for doing so are several times lower than other NFT platforms and it is also faster. WazirX has launched its NFT platform with 15 artists including 3D artists, digital artists, photographers, illustrators and other artists. This platform is currently in beta. There is a face that is giving artists a chance to showcase their art. There is no NFT listing fee yet and WazirX has put up a bonus of 50000 WRX for the community.
Artists on WazirX’s NFT platform are divided into multiple segments and the team plans to bring them to their platform in a phased manner. More opportunities are being given to Indian artists on the platform so that they can better showcase their art. Along with this, international artists have also shown their interest on this platform. Artists are divided into two parts “Spotlight” and “Discover”. Famous artists are exhibiting their art on this platform of WazirX like – Vimal Chandram, Sneha Chakraborty, Ishita Banerjee and Arjun Menon. Discover will give a chance to new artists and one artist will be brought to the platform every day, choosing fifty artists from fifteen thousand applications.
